Terms & Conditions
Prices in US Dollars. All prices are per minute, billed per second from the first second. LIME Terms and Conditions apply. Roaming charges billed separately. Out of plan rates will be billed at the applicable local rates. International calls applies to all International Direct Dialed calls to the USA, Canada, Caribbean islands where LIME operates and UK fixed lines only. Text Messages may be sent to local and regional LIME mobiles, other local mobile operators and internationally. Inclusive data is only for local usage. Prepaid Customers must maintain a minimum balance of $1 in order to access these services. References to the inclusion of calls to Trinidad & Tobago applies to calls to Telecommunication Services of Trinidad & Tobago (TSTT) mobiles and landlines ONLY.
AllTalk Plus
With AllTalk Plus, LIME customers can sign up for one of the most attractive calling plans in the entire Caribbean as LIME has launched the new All Talk Plus package for both post-paid and prepaid mobile customers. The new All Talk Plus plan will automatically replace the existing All Talk plan for all prepaid customers. With the new All Talk Plus plan, prepaid customers get:
- 1500 on-net mins
- 1500 on-net SMS
- 1Gb on-net data
All Talk Plus plan : $50 per month.
Subscribe to All Talk Plus at any LIME retail outlet, by calling our contact centre or by topping up your account with the required funds and sending keyword "ALLTALK" to 4255. You will need to reactivate your All Talk Plus plan each 30 day period in the same way.

One Rate Roaming
With One Rate Roaming, you can roam throughout any LIME territory and pay one flat rate for intra Caribbean calls. Home Rate Roaming will no longer be available to both new and existing prepaid customers.
- Outbound calls within the country you are roaming in - US$0.39
- Calling back HOME - US$0.39
- Incoming Calls until November 30 - FREE ($0.21 thereafter)
- SMS - US$0.10
- Included in your BlackBerry Fee is roaming within the LIME region for no incremental charge.
