How do I view my bill balance on my LIME account?

Use the following steps:

  1. Go to www.time4lime.com.
  2. Click My LIME
  3. Log in with your specific username and password.
  4. Select your country
  5. Click on My Accounts.
  6. Click on the View button next to the account you want to view billing details for
  7. Click on the View button next to the bill period you want to see.

 

If I have a query or concern on my bill, what should I do?

Contact us if you've got a query or concern on your bill using one of the three easy methods below.

  3. Visit any LIME location to speak to any of our customer service representatives.

 

How long will my bills be kept on the website?

Bills are stored on the website for 6 months.

Will I still receive a paper bill if I opt for eBilling?

No. Once you sign up for electronic billing, we will no longer send you a paper bill. If you want to print your bill go online and choose the View Bill PDF option and print it using Adobe Reader.

Where on my bill do I find my account number?

It is a 12 digit number found in the top right hand corner; second line. E.g. Account Number 12345678-0000

Paying Bills

How do I pay my bill online?
Use the following steps:

  1. Go to www.time4lime.com .
  2. Click My LIME.
  3. Log in with your specific username and password.
  4. Select your country
  5. Click on My Accounts.
  6. Click on Pay next to the account you want wish to pay
  7. Enter your amount you want to pay. Click the check box next to the account. Click the Recalculate link and then Next
  8. Enter your credit information and Click Next
  9. Confirm your payment information and then Click Submit to complete your bill payment

 

How long after I make a payment is the payment posted to my LIME account?
Once your card is authorized, the payment is posted to your account 5 minutes after the transaction is complete. You will receive an email confirmation with the payment amount, your account number.

What can I do if I made a payment but it did not appear on my account?
With your payment receipt, take note of the:

  • Last 4 digits of the credit card used to make the payment
  • payment date
  • amount paid and
  • account number

What type of cards are accepted for Bill Payment on the MyLIME Portal?
You can make payments using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover and NCB key cards.
