Unbilled Minutes
What is the new Unbilled Minutes Feature?
We have added a feature which will allow you to view your unbilled minutes. These are calls that you have made since your last bill was generated. This is great to help you see how much your next bill is likely to be.
How do I view my Unbilled Minutes?
Use the following steps:
- Log in with your portal username and password.
- Click on My Services
- Select the account you wish to view from the drop down list. You will be taken to the next screen.
- You can also select another account from the list to view that accounts unbilled minutes. Additionally you can select which service you want to see the unbilled minutes for as well.
- Once you have selected the account and service you want from the drop down list, click Show to view the list of unbilled minutes.
- On this screen you will see the list of outgoing calls, including the number of minutes, the applicable charge, the call type, the date and time the call was made.
- Choose the Download option to download the call details as Excel spreadsheet or zip file.
Can I view the unbilled minutes from multiple accounts at one time?
No. You can only view the unbilled minutes from one account at a time. You can however view the unbilled minutes from more than one service at a time.Remember there can be more than one service on a single account.
