For each of these calls, they will pay no more than CI$10 on any day, at any time. Maximum duration of each call is 10 hours. Rates apply to International Direct Dialed calls made from fixed lines, on accounts categorized as Residential, only to other LIME telephone numbers in the Caribbean islands where LIME operates.

   269 represents LIME as 10-10-269 calls can only be made to LIME Caribbean destinations.
   
   
3. What is the difference between 10-10-335 and 10-10-269?
   Customers dialing 10-10-335 can call anywhere in the world and obtain a 33% discount on the value of the call above $5.00. With 10-10-269, customers can make calls only to those Caribbean islands where LIME operates and pay no more than $10 for the call.

   This depends on the island you call, the time of the day and your call duration. To find your call duration, divide $10.00 by the rate of the island you wish to call. For example, to call Jamaica on the weekend you can talk for 40 minutes [$10.00 / 0.25 = 40 minutes].
   
   
10. If I have the temporary fixed mobile phone can I use 10-10-269?
    No, the offer is not available to mobile customers with post-paid, prepaid, or temporary fixed mobile service.
    
    
11. Who is excluded from this offer?
    Payphones, mobile phones [postpaid, prepaid and temporary cellular], operator, card [Prepaid and SmartCard] and Inmarsat calls are not included. Customer accounts categorized as Businesses are not eligible for this offer. Customers with $50.00 deposit service and permanent call barring are not eligible for this offer.
