Your Prepaid Customer Lifecycle

Your LIME Prepaid account may be placed in any of the following states:

Status What this means :
Active

You will be placed in active state when you have made or received a call/SMS for the first time on our network. Your phone will remain in active state based on the value of the top up card purchased. For example: a $500 Top up card will last for 45 days

 

No Credit
Your account goes into No Credit for two reasons:
  • Funds have been used up in full (zero balance)
  • Funds have reached their expiration date.

Allowed Activities: Receive calls and SMS, recharge account, contact customer care, emergency numbers

You can reactive your expired credit by topping up your account while in this state. If you do not top up/recharge your account 60 days after being placed in this state, the account will go into Recharge Only.

Recharge
 Only

In this state, you will lose any available balances / funds on your account while in previous states.

Allowed Activities: Receive calls, receive SMS, recharge account, contact customer care, emergency numbers. You will remain in this state for 60 days and if no top up/ recharge is done the account will be placed as Deactive.

Deactive

Your account will remain in this state for 60 days. If no top up/recharge is done following this period, the account will be deleted from the Network

Allowed Activities: Receive calls, receive SMS.
