ADSL Modem

The modem we offer is the Clear Access 4 port wireless modem at J$3,999 plus GCT. To minimize the effect on the customer's out payment for service this charge will be billed on the customer's (Business & Residential) account over a 12 month period. J$333.25 plus GCT will be charged to the customer's account for 12 months.

Q. What type of modem will I receive?
A. The standard issue modem is a 4 port wireless modem

Q. What is the cost?
A. J$3,999 plus GCT (16.5%)

Q. Will I be charged one time for this modem?
A. No, LIME will extend the payment of the modem over 12 months which will be billed to your account (J$333.25 plus GCT for 12 months).

Q. Does the J$3,999 include GCT?
A. No, the GCT of 16.5% is to be added to this charge

Q. Can I pay for the modem all at once?
A. Yes, but LIME has made it easy on you by splitting the payment over 12 months. You will be billed J$333.25 plus GCT for 12 months.

Q. I am a new business ADSL customer; will I have to pay for the modem also?
A. Yes, the same charge & payment plan will be applicable to the following customers (Browse & Talk4Free ADSL , Postpaid & Prepaid Residential ADSL & Business ADSL customers).

Q. What if I am an existing ADSL customer at LIME, can I get a 12 month payment plan to replace my modem?
A. No, existing ADSL customers have to pay for the modem in full at time of purchase, or payment can be split over 3 equal monthly payments.

With your MiFi device from LIME; up to 5 users can access the Internet from a single device at the same time!

 

Postpaid MiFi Unit : $6,499

The Mifi Device requires a SIM Card with a Postpaid plan

Postpaid minimum data package : $5,000
Postpaid deposit : $1,800.

Minimum data package required : 7GB postpaid plan. 1 year postpaid contract required. 3G speeds are available in select areas islandwide including greater Kingston, greater St. Catherine and the north coast (major towns on the outskirts of St. Ann, St. James, Trelawny, Hanover and Westmoreland). All other areas will receive GPRS or EDGE. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies. GCT not included. LIME Terms and Conditions apply.
