David Shaw
Chief Executive Officer
David Shaw was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of LIME on July 21st, 2009. David is responsible for leading the strategy to transform the Caribbean business, so it delivers a great service to our customers every time.
Before being made Chief Executive Officer, David was the Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining LIME, David was Chief Commercial Officer at Cable & Wireless Europe, Asia and the US, where he was responsible for international sales and marketing.
In November 2005, David joined Cable & Wireless through its acquisition of Energis, where he was part of the senior executive team that transformed the UK telecoms operator.
Before that, he was the Marketing director for AT&T's UK business and also spent 10 years with Mercury Communications in a variety of commercial and operational roles.
Gerard Borely
Chief Financial Officer
Gerard Borely, a Trinidad national, is responsible for Finance, Legal & Regulatory and HR. He brings over 20 years of corporate finance, strategy and management experience to LIME and has overall accountability for the supporting arms of the business. He is building a hard-nosed support team that delivers to the business and to the LIME team, the right infrastructure to excel.
Chris Dehring
Chief Marketing Officer
Chris Dehring, a Jamaican national, is responsible for Marketing, Customer Solutions and Customer Segments which together, deliver the full marketing remit from product innovation to final market impact. He will bring speed, agility and innovation to the marketing portfolio.
Chris is a highly experienced professional with a strong reputation as a dynamic marketing-oriented executive and entrepreneur, having started two major financial institutions, including: Jamaica's first investment bank, the Caribbean's first sports television channel, and a digital wireless cable TV company.
He is well known throughout the region, and internationally, as the former Managing Director and CEO of ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 (CWC 2007) -the largest event ever held in the Caribbean.
David Crawford
Chief Operating Officer
David Crawford was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of LIME on September 14 2009. David is responsible for the regional Operations and local Business Unit operations which include all customer service customer touch points. He is working to improve customer service to an unparalleled level across the region.
Prior to joining LIME, David was Integration Director at Cable&Wireless Worldwide where he was responsible for overseeing the programme of works to integrate the THUS business (a company bought by Cable&Wireless) into the Cable&Wireless Group.
His previous roles within Cable&Wireless include: Executive accountability for the Customer Service operation and Director of the Partner Services Channel; Director of Product Management: and leading the integration & operation of C&W Access (its LLU operation).

David has previously worked for Jardine Matheson in Asia, Bain & Co, and Carlisle Staffing Services. He holds a degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland.
